Authority: AS 36.30.700 allows
the State of Alaska, Division of General Services to make these
contracts available for use by political subdivisions and local
public procurement units.
The following contract are made available to cities, boroughs,
school districts, the Legislative Branch, the Alaska Court System,
the University of Alaska and all other political subdivisions
of the State of Alaska.
All of the contracts are "non-mandatory" for use
by state political subdivisions. However, some of the contracts
may include a "mandatory use" clause that only applies
to state Executive Branch Departments.
